Hilton Garden Inn Marseille Provence Airport - Vitrolles (Bouches-du-Rhone)

During my stay, I appreciated the prompt shuttle service and friendly driver, which made getting around easy. The dinner I had was satisfying, and breakfast was a highlight with a great omelet station and fresh pastries. I did experience some issues with a clogged drain in the bathroom, which led to a bit of inconvenience. I booked a room on short notice due to a flight cancellation, so I was happy with how accommodating the staff were, managing to find me a handicap-accessible room quickly.

Location is excellent, cleanliness, personnel, everything!

reasonable value, fabulous hotel with helpful service. quick check-in, easy check-out, great staff. the breakfast was particularly nice and the view was particularly nice. well-maintained swimming pool and marvellous location close enough to the airport and the 24 hour desk and shuttle and restaurant, dinner & breakfast.

Everything was beautiful. The room was quiet and spacious, with a large bathroom. Staff were super great. The shuttle service was super convenient for my early flight. They even offered free coffee at reception, a nice touch ☕

the remodeled design was very contemporary and beautifully appointed. the pool is incredible, and there is a gym, with a suana and steam room! the dining room was also excellent. we even got upgraded upon arrival which was a very nice touch!

they still have some rooms that have not been remodeled and are still in the "provence" style which absolutely shocks you after being in the lobby and hallways which are all contemporary. however, we mentioned to the staff, and they immediately switched us to a contemporary room.

Comfortable rooms, friendly staff, the convenient free airport shuttle made my early flight stress-free, as I enjoyed a refreshing breakfast with a nice variety of freshly baked pastries to start my day right.

I am writing because the employees at the front desk were consistantly helpful, professional in every way. When I had to leave at 4:30 AM for the airport the staff were wonderful, drove me to the airport, and helped load the bags onto a cart, paid the coin for the cart I did not have, generously in his spirit. It was a truely wonderful experience when things need to go well.

Yes, the restraunt was fair at best. The staff were not attentive, and the food was barely satisfactory. I had filet of beef 2 times there, it was tuff, and I had to ask to have it cooked a little more, and it came back well done, I had asked for medium rare. The bar tender as I only observered her caring for someone at a different table seemed friendly and present, while the server I had an officious attitude.

The location was perfect for our early flight, and the outdoor pool was a hit with my teenage kids! They loved soaking up the sun after a long day of travel. Plus.

My kids wished there were more dining options for families.

I only stayed this hotel for one night to catch my very early plane next morning but the reception area and the restaurant area of the hotel were very clean and neatly organized with a modern decoration. Receptionists were very kind to explain and offer things that were available even for my early check-out at 5:00 in the morning such as morning call, newpaper, free coffee service, shuttle bus, etc. My room was not that spacious was good enough for just one night. I did not use their outside pool but looked clean and nice.
